While relatively small, this site required an aesthetically pleasing design that would showcase art while also being easy for the artist to update themselves. The site utilizes JavaScript to create a slideshow of featured works on the home page and a “Pinterest-style” grid with artwork that can be viewed in a lightbox on the portfolio. Built on a foundation of Craft CMS, this site is easy to update without having to worry about messing up the layout or design details. With its responsive design, the site and its artwork can be viewed in equal detail on small screens and mobile devices.
